This Account Manager role focuses on managing day-to-day relationships with enterprise clients, including leading national banking organizations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned institutional accounts, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing adoption and engagement.
Key responsibilities include: managing user onboarding and deployment across client teams; coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and implement improvements; tracking workflows, timelines, and client documentation; monitoring platform usage and identifying engagement opportunities; supporting client meetings and QBRs with prepared materials and insights; documenting processes to improve team efficiency; and acting as a trusted advisor to anticipate client needs and drive satisfaction.

Required: 5+ years in client management, account management, or operations within financial services, wealth management, or technology-driven environments. Preferred: experience managing institutional bank relationships or large financial institutions; estate planning background strongly preferred. You should have a proven track record managing high-value or complex accounts, demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills, deep understanding of financial services workflows and enterprise technology platforms, strong organizational and communication skills, technical fluency with SaaS platforms, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, client-first mindset, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
