Showpad is seeking an experienced Account Manager, Enterprise to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic, high-value customer accounts. This role combines consultative selling, account expansion, and relationship management for enterprise software clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Identify and execute up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing customer base
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through prospecting, research, networking, cold outreach, and partnership channels
- Develop comprehensive account plans and stakeholder mapping ("chessboard") for each key account
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, collaborating on sales collateral and joint customer events
- Manage and mentor a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to execute lead generation and nurturing
- Present Showpad's sales enablement platform and capabilities to C-level and key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs aligned with company objectives
- Indirectly lead cross-functional support teams (technical, customer success) to achieve account goals
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and regular reporting on account health and market intelligence
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer buying process developments
- Foster strong, lasting client relationships and ensure organizational alignment on customer needs
Required experience:
- 4+ years selling enterprise software solutions
- 3+ years proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to C-level executives
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Demonstrated success leading and winning RFPs
- Ability to manage account transitions and ongoing account operations
- Excellent collaboration skills across presales, product, customer success, and operations teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Ghent office.
