Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of 60–70 Enterprise customers (500+ employees) and drive long-term relationship health, retention, and revenue growth.
You will lead customer conversations across all organizational levels—from operators to C-suite executives—managing renewals, expansion opportunities, and adoption initiatives end-to-end. Your responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, designing solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes with Ramp's platform.
Key activities include running regular touchpoints (status calls, optimization reviews, QBRs), creating scalable account plans that highlight risk and opportunity, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and Solutions teams. You'll drive product adoption by helping customers understand new features and optimize workflows, while surfacing structured feedback to inform Ramp's Enterprise roadmap.
You'll use data and insights to analyze account performance, communicate ROI and cost savings, and occasionally travel for customer on-sites and internal events.

Nice to have: experience in financial services sales or selling to finance teams (CFO office, controllers, accounting, expense management); experience at high-growth startups.
