Dandy is transforming the dental industry by building an operating system for dental practices globally. The Enterprise Account Manager will own and grow relationships with Dandy's largest and most strategic customers—multi-location dental groups, DSOs, and key enterprise accounts—serving as the primary partner to executive and clinical leaders.
You will develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying and executing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across locations and departments; building executive-level relationships with key stakeholders; delivering strategic business reviews and performance insights; and collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution.
The role requires deep understanding of dental group operations and digital workflows. You will speak fluently with clinicians and business operators, offer tailored recommendations, and provide feedback that drives product innovation. You'll leverage data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across your book of business, and anticipate customer needs to prevent churn and accelerate growth.
This is a high-impact position managing a smaller, focused portfolio of complex customers. Success is measured by increasing average revenue per practice, retaining existing business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute insights from enterprise accounts to influence the product roadmap and operational improvements, and continuously experiment with engagement strategies to enhance performance.
The role requires willingness to travel for key customer meetings, industry events, and company offsites.
