Salary: EUR 23,000 - 50,000 / annual
GoStudent is seeking an Account Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to drive sales and customer success for its AI-powered tutoring platform. This role combines sales development with customer account management, serving as the primary point of contact for families seeking personalized learning solutions.
Key responsibilities include consulting with parents and students to recommend optimal tutoring packages, closing contracts, building long-term customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through upselling and referral strategies. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, optimize the learning experience for families, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.
Required qualifications: fluent German language skills (C2 level) to communicate effectively with German-speaking families; strong sales mindset with self-motivation and goal-oriented approach; excellent communication and listening skills to build trust and identify customer needs; experience in sales or customer service roles (preferred); familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
Compensation includes a base salary of €23,000–€30,000 annually, with uncapped commissions based on achieved targets, potentially reaching €50,000 total annual earnings.
