Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager to join its Commercial team in London, serving the South of England region (Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, and surrounding areas). This hybrid role sits at the center of Deliveroo's three-sided marketplace, where you'll partner with high-regard restaurants to drive their online sales growth and unlock new revenue streams.
In this position, you'll own a portfolio of senior restaurant relationships, using data analysis and commercial insights to maximize order volumes and identify growth opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving partner performance through consistent communication, negotiating high-value contracts to secure optimal partnership terms, liaising with operations teams to resolve friction points, and acting as a local market expert who stays ahead of industry trends.
You'll need significant account management or commercial experience with a proven track record in relationship management. Strong commercial acumen—comfort with data interpretation and using insights to inform decisions—is essential. You must demonstrate proven negotiation skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. The role requires operational autonomy, self-motivation, and regional mobility; a valid UK driving license and access to a car are mandatory.
