Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As an Account Manager for the Benelux market, you will own and grow a defined portfolio of Mid Market customers, acting as the commercial owner of each relationship.
Your core responsibilities include identifying value drivers for customers, establishing joint business goals and KPIs, driving renewals, executing upsells and cross-sells, and positioning Trustpilot as a long-term strategic partner. You will own the end-to-end renewal process to deliver strong Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), while maintaining accurate forecasts and account data in Salesforce.
You will combine commercial acumen with relationship depth, collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption and sustainable revenue growth. Key activities include strategic account planning, stakeholder mapping, leading business reviews and contract negotiations, and partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in account management, renewals, or similar customer-facing roles within SaaS or subscription-based companies. You are value-driven, with strong financial acumen (understanding P&Ls, retention metrics, NRR, upsell/cross-sell motions), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage large portfolios with discipline. Native-level Dutch and strong professional English are required. Experience in digital advertising or search marketing is preferred.
