TheFork, Europe's leading restaurant booking platform and part of the Tripadvisor Group, is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and customer success across their restaurant partner portfolio in Lisbon.
In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of 400–800 restaurant accounts, handling 45–50 outbound and inbound calls weekly. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Conducting outbound prospecting to current customers, presenting solutions that drive month-over-month revenue growth through TheFork's platform
• Providing email and phone support to restaurant partners, advising on positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing
• Selling, upselling, and retaining TheFork products and services
• Serving as the primary point of contact, building long-term relationships with restaurant partners
• Ensuring proper training and support for effective use of TheFork tools
Key performance indicators include upselling and retention metrics, platform engagement (driving restaurant usage and booking activity), and recruitment of partners into TheFork Festival initiatives.
You must have proven experience as a sales representative or account manager, with demonstrated success pitching promotions, deals, and flash sales. Fluency in Portuguese (C2 level) and English is essential. You should be comfortable managing high-volume customer interactions, customer-oriented with strong empathy and communication skills, dynamic, resilient, and results-focused.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on restaurant operations experience and e-commerce management background.
