As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing day-to-day and strategic opportunities to maximize their ROI with Sardine's fraud, payments, and compliance products. You'll develop deep product and technology knowledge and translate complex technical challenges into simple, actionable solutions for customers. Your responsibilities include building and monitoring KPIs, providing strategic analysis for long-term expansion, collaborating with risk analytics teams to proactively solve fraud typologies, and communicating findings to customers.
You'll work cross-functionally with Sardine's risk analytics, data science, integrations, and product teams to help customers meet their risk, fraud, compliance, and payment needs. The role requires strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings, exceptional project management abilities, and the capacity to balance multiple stakeholder needs. You'll leverage business intelligence tools and analytical skills to draw insights and improve customer efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS, with understanding of API integrations. Domain experience in fraud, compliance, fintech, AML/KYC, or payments is highly preferred. You should have previous customer-facing experience with technical products, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for process improvement and customer success.
