You will join the Account Management team early in its formation, helping to shape the function's playbooks and processes. You'll be paired with a Forward-Deployed Engineer on each account, allowing you to focus on relationship management and revenue growth while technical deployment is handled by your partner.
Responsibilities include: managing a book of accounts with focus on net revenue retention (NRR) through renewals, upsells, and expansions; multi-threading relationships across executive sponsors, champions, and end-user recruiters to reduce churn risk; driving product adoption through onboarding, training, and proactive usage monitoring; building internal business cases and external case studies; leading quarterly business reviews using usage data and product roadmap insights; and collaborating with your paired engineer to route technical requests and surface expansion signals.
You'll own the full renewal cycle—timeline, pricing, negotiation, and close—and be responsible for helping customers change their hiring processes, not just signing contracts. The role requires comfort with executive conversations, technical fluency (though not hands-on implementation), data-driven decision-making, and early-stage startup experience. The position is based in San Francisco with a 5-day-per-week in-office requirement.
Compensation includes competitive salary, equity, medical/dental/vision insurance, unlimited PTO, company-paid team lunches, and access to a well-appointed SF office.
