Key responsibilities include: executing account plans focused on retention and expansion; identifying and qualifying new opportunities through outbound prospecting and marketing partnerships; maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets; collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and leadership to advance deals and ensure seamless client experiences; developing deep expertise in Pebl's services, competitive positioning, and client industries to serve as a trusted advisor; and sharing market insights and client feedback to inform sales and service strategy.
You'll work across regions, cultures, and time zones, with approximately 20% travel to strengthen client relationships. The role requires a consultative sales approach—asking insightful questions, understanding client problems before proposing solutions, and focusing on long-term value creation.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of EOR or SaaS sales experience in mid-market or commercial segments with a proven track record of quota attainment.
