As an Account Manager, you'll drive revenue growth by selling Pebl's services to mid-market and commercial-segment companies across Europe. You'll be embedded in a major European city (Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm, or Copenhagen) and operate as a regional expert while selling globally. Key responsibilities include: - Building and executing account plans focused on retention, expansion, and long-term customer value - Prospecting through outbound outreach, marketing campaigns, and partner networks to develop pipeline and close new business - Maintaining accurate forecasts and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets - Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and leadership to advance deals and deliver seamless client experiences - Developing deep expertise in Pebl's services, competitive positioning, and clients' industries to serve as a trusted advisor - Gathering and sharing client feedback and market intelligence to inform sales strategy and product development You'll work in a high-energy, results-driven culture that values collaboration, creativity, and accountability. The role requires ~20% travel to strengthen client relationships and build regional presence. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of EOR or SaaS sales experience in mid-market or commercial segments with a proven track record of quota attainment. You'll have physical residence in a major European city with work authorization, full professional fluency in English plus the local language (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish), and a consultative sales approach. You're comfortable navigating complex, multi-region deals, can translate technical concepts into compelling narratives, and take ownership of results even when deals become challenging.
