As an Account Manager, you will own a book of business end-to-end, driving both renewal and expansion revenue. Your mission is to retain and grow customer accounts by ensuring they maximize value from Pave's product offering. You will set the vision for your customers and partner closely with Customer Success Engineers to execute on that vision.
Key responsibilities include: building deep, trusted relationships with customers and anticipating their needs; owning accounts end-to-end with a clear point of view on every account; partnering with Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes; bringing data-driven insights and executive presence to internal and external conversations; and contributing to a team culture built on positivity, growth, and accountability.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to drive revenue growth. This is a highly visible role requiring strong relationship instincts, the ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives, and a data-driven approach to customer conversations.
Required qualifications: 2+ years of quota-carrying, customer-facing experience at a high-growth company; demonstrated track record of over-performance against revenue retention and growth targets; ability to navigate ambiguity and change; sharp relationship instincts and ability to build trust with economic buyers; data-driven approach to customer engagement; growth mindset and curiosity about compensation and total rewards; Bachelor's degree.
