Kaseya is seeking an Account Manager to drive expansion within an existing customer portfolio. The role focuses on identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya's AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity platform, which serves Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations globally.
Key responsibilities include proactively engaging with current customers to uncover growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing tailored account strategies. You will monitor customer adoption metrics, address implementation challenges, and conduct regular business reviews to align customer needs with Kaseya's solutions. The position requires ownership of sales targets and revenue quotas, with accountability for both short-term and long-term revenue generation.
You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth solution implementation and exceptional customer experiences. CRM management via Salesforce is essential, with all customer interactions logged and tracked to drive sales success.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of sales experience in the German market, professional German language proficiency, and a track record in inside sales within metrics-driven, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is driven, passionate about sales, and motivated by earning significant commissions. Experience with IT management, cybersecurity, or MSP-focused solutions is valued.
