Ibotta is seeking an Account Manager to join the Revenue team and drive performance marketing outcomes for leading advertisers. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their campaign lifecycle, owning end-to-end campaign optimization to maximize ROI and secure incremental spend. This role combines account management with revenue responsibility—you'll carry a yearly account quota and work alongside Client Partners to identify upsell and renewal opportunities. Key responsibilities include: managing active campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs; providing strategic, data-driven insights and performance updates to clients; developing persuasive campaign recaps that showcase impact; building multi-level relationships with brand partners; collaborating with internal teams to surface growth opportunities and co-create expansion strategies; owning client training and onboarding; maintaining consistent strategic communication; and resolving campaign issues with accountability. You'll travel up to 40% to support client relationship development, sales meetings, and industry events. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of campaign management experience, strong technical skills (G Suite, Excel, Looker or similar), excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to leverage marketing/project management background to facilitate campaigns. You should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a revenue-first mindset. A bachelor's degree is preferred. This hybrid position is based in Denver, Colorado (3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Candidates in select cities—Atlanta, Austin, Bentonville, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Jersey City, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, or St. Louis—may be eligible for remote work. You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
