Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual

Forecast is hiring an Account Manager to drive retention and expansion within a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers. You will serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from renewal through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Key responsibilities include: **Retention & Partnership Health:** Own portfolio health by proactively managing accounts and serving as the lead point of contact for strategic and commercial matters. Lead the full renewal cycle with a focus on demonstrating ROI and customer retention. Identify at-risk accounts early and develop comprehensive recovery plans. Guide clients toward key business outcomes by ensuring they leverage core platform features to solve operational challenges. **Growth & Revenue Expansion:** Analyze client workflows to identify gaps solvable by additional product modules or higher-tier plans. Manage the end-to-end sales process for account expansions, including discovery, feature demos, and deal closure. Conduct data-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with client leadership to showcase value and align product features with customer business objectives. Cultivate super-users who can serve as case studies and referral advocates. **Requirements:** 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS. Proven track record of hitting Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets. Ability to understand client needs and recommend strategic solutions. Expert-level negotiation and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives on business value and technical roadmaps. **Location & Schedule:** Denver, CO-based with 3 days/week in-office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Work with a global team across US, Australia, UK, and India. Must have full working rights; visa sponsorship not available.
