As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, developing account expansion strategies, and building long-term relationships with key customers. You'll work closely with the Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and proactive churn prevention. Key responsibilities: - Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to drive account growth while maintaining profitability - Develop and execute strategies for account expansion through product recommendations and relationship deepening - Build strong relationships with key customers, uncovering evolving needs and delivering exceptional value - Collaborate across teams to manage multiple customer touchpoints and navigate ambiguity - Use data and insights to identify portfolio risks and take proactive measures to prevent churn - Drive initiatives that increase adoption, retention, and expansion across your accounts You'll need 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or tech. You should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent organizational abilities are essential.
