Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers. As an Enterprise Account Manager based in São Paulo, you will own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise merchants, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries and channels.
Your primary responsibilities include managing relationships with local and international enterprise merchants, understanding their unique business needs, and providing strategic payments expertise to support their growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients develop and execute their global payments strategies while navigating complex organizational structures to align stakeholders.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and operations teams to communicate merchant feedback, influence product innovation, and deliver merchant projects. This role requires proactive relationship management, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead strategic payments conversations and coordinate high-level technical discussions.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, self-starter with proven commercial success in enterprise account management. You should be a natural networker who thrives in fast-paced, diverse environments, with strong analytical abilities and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You must be fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and verbal) and have demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level accounts.
