As Account Executive for the West region, you will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close for mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll build and nurture customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to uncover needs and drive adoption. Working closely with the founding team and marketing, you'll shape sales strategy, messaging, and ideal customer profile (ICP). You'll create sales collateral, playbooks, and processes to establish a scalable revenue engine, and provide direct feedback to product and marketing based on customer insights.
You bring proven experience selling SIEM, log management, and security analytics platforms to mid-market and enterprise companies. You're a self-starter comfortable in fast-paced startup environments with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. You excel at strategic account planning, pipeline development, and prospecting. You're excited to shape and scale the go-to-market motion through messaging development, customer-facing content creation, and campaign experimentation that drives pipeline and product adoption.
