WeTravel is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in the US market for group and multi-day travel businesses. You'll own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery calls through product demos, closing deals, and handing off to onboarding. The role combines autonomy with collaboration; you'll spend most of your time on high-impact activities: outbound prospecting, delivering engaging product demos, managing your pipeline in HubSpot, and following up with qualified leads. You'll build relationships with multi-day tour operators across the US, understand their unique business needs, and guide them toward solutions that help them scale. You'll also collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client transitions and share customer feedback with product and marketing teams to inform strategy.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on the phone, enjoys outbound sales activity, and has experience managing full sales cycles via email and calls. You should be self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume prospecting. Experience in B2B sales to SMBs, familiarity with HubSpot CRM, or a network in the travel industry are strong bonuses. You're willing to travel up to 10% for client visits. The role is fully remote within the US, with an option to visit WeTravel's Amsterdam headquarters for 2-4 weeks annually.
Compensation includes a base salary of $52,000 USD with uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: $100,000; Year 2 OTE: $130,000). Benefits include 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision; unlimited paid time off; extensive paid family leave; three paid volunteer days; employer-sponsored 401(k) with 2% match; and a 2-week onboarding program. Note: WeTravel is not accepting applications from candidates in Alaska, California, Colorado, New York, or Washington, and requires full legal work authorization in the US.
