RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics solutions that combine hardware, software, and AI to automate manufacturing processes. The company is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the US market by owning the full B2B sales lifecycle with industrial enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be the primary revenue driver for the US market, responsible for building and managing a qualified pipeline of manufacturing and industrial clients. You will execute target outreach strategies in collaboration with SDRs, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives and plant leaders. Your responsibilities include communicating RobCo's physical AI and modular automation value proposition, collaborating with Solution Engineering and Product teams to develop tailored proposals, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, conducting on-site facility evaluations across North America, and representing RobCo at industry tradeshows and conferences. RobCo was founded in Munich in 2020 and has raised $160M from investors including Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia. The company operates with 200+ employees globally and has deployed 2.5M+ operating hours in the field across Europe and the United States. US operations are headquartered in Austin, TX, with a demo lab in San Francisco. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience - 4–6 years of direct enterprise B2B sales experience as an Account Executive, managing complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles in tech, SaaS, robotics, or industrial automation - Familiarity with manufacturing environments and ability to engage confidently with plant managers and CFOs - Business acumen with production KPIs, cycle times, machine utilization, shift structures, and payback period analysis - Proven track record selling technical or hardware products to industrial clients and technical stakeholders - Consistent quota achievement ($1M+ ARR responsibility) and successful negotiation of complex enterprise agreements - Mastery of structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN) in technical sales environments - Solid understanding of industrial applications, manufacturing workflows, machine tools (CNC), or Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) models - High standards for data accuracy, pipeline management, and forecasting integrity - Willingness to travel 50–75% within North America for client meetings, tradeshows, site evaluations, and international offsites - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
