Salary: USD 300,000 - 360,000 / annual
Cyera is hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive enterprise sales across the TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas) SLED (State, Local Government & Education) market. The company is at the center of how enterprises adopt AI securely, providing AI trust infrastructure and data security solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations.
In this role, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through close, targeting state agencies, higher education institutions, and local government organizations. You'll develop and execute a strategic territory plan, build executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and procurement leaders, and partner with Sales Engineering to deliver demos and proofs of concept.
Key responsibilities include generating pipeline through direct prospecting and channel partnerships, maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management, representing Cyera at industry events, and collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive Leadership.
You'll need 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience selling cybersecurity, cloud, data, or AI solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex enterprise deals. Experience selling into SLED markets is essential. You should have strong executive-level communication skills, familiarity with long procurement-driven sales cycles, and understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern security concepts. Value-based selling and forecasting experience is required. The role involves approximately 30–50% travel.
