Assort Health is building AI agents that create continuous patient conversations across the healthcare journey, eliminating the fragmentation that forces patients to re-explain their situation at every touchpoint. The company has grown from 15 people in 2025 to 250+ by end of 2026, with revenue up 20x in 15 months and a recent $120M Series C at $1.2B valuation. They've built the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 210M patient interactions, 62K care protocols, and 1.6M decision pathways.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for a named list of the largest, most complex healthcare provider organizations in the country—national MSOs, PE-backed platform groups, and multi-region specialty organizations. Deal sizes range from $300K–$600K, with some reaching into the millions. You'll run long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals involving C-suite executives (COO, CIO, CFO, CMO), clinical leadership, IT, security, and procurement. Your responsibilities include account planning and prospecting, navigating formal RFPs and security reviews, building multi-year expansion strategies across service lines and regions, and delivering executive-level product demonstrations that quantify ROI in patient access, staffing, and revenue terms.
You'll partner closely with sales leadership, solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success to orchestrate the full buying and deployment journey. You'll also stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics, positioning Assort against incumbents and point solutions, while codifying strategic selling motions and mentoring the broader AE team.
Required: 8+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience with at least 3 years selling into enterprise or strategic accounts. Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing deals of $250K+ ACV. Command of complex sales methodologies, multi-stakeholder deal management, champion-building, and procurement. Executive presence and ability to engage C-level decision-makers. Comfort translating complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes.
Preferred: Healthcare provider sales experience (MSOs, PE-backed platforms, specialty groups), early-stage or high-growth startup background, AI-driven or automation solution sales experience, familiarity with EHR ecosystems (Epic, athenahealth, ModMed, Veradigm) and healthcare IT procurement.
