Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company building the platform for AI-native software development. As an Account Executive focused on Startups in EMEA, you'll drive new customer acquisition and expansion within the startup ecosystem, helping founders and technical leaders adopt Vercel's Frontend Cloud platform as they scale. You'll build trusted relationships with pre-seed through Series D founders and developers, understanding their technical architecture, use cases, and constraints. Your responsibilities include landing new logos, driving early activation, and positioning Vercel as the default choice before competitors engage. You'll focus on pipeline generation and outbound prospecting to identify high-potential startups early in their journey. As startups adopt AI-native features and architectures, you'll partner with them to help integrate Vercel's platform into their evolving tech stack, supporting new workloads, performance requirements, and scaling patterns. You'll leverage automation, agents, and self-built workflows to operate at high leverage, focusing your time on the most impactful customer work. The role operates in a dynamic environment where you'll help refine early sales motions and turn what works into repeatable playbooks across the startup portfolio. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and guide technical adoption. The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of technical curiosity, commercial excellence, and startup mindset. You learn complex technical products quickly, reason about how modern web and AI-native applications are built and scaled, and speak credibly with developers and founders using their language. You have strong sales acumen, experience owning revenue outcomes across deal sizes and complexities, and believe the best outcomes come from deeply successful customers, not transactional selling. You might bring this skill set through experience as a builder, founder, engineer, or in a technical go-to-market role. The role is hybrid with in-office anchor days at the London office for those within commuting distance.
