Amenitiz is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in the Spanish market. You will own the complete sales cycle for independent hoteliers—family-run properties, boutique hotels, and small chains—converting qualified opportunities into closed deals. The company serves over 15,000 customers across Europe with a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, validating strong product-market fit in the underserved independent hospitality segment. Your responsibilities include conducting tailored product demonstrations aligned to prospect pain points, running structured discovery to validate needs and decision-making processes, and maintaining disciplined pipeline management in a high-velocity, short-cycle environment. You will collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding transitions and maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot to support forecasting and visibility. You'll track personal performance metrics—conversion rate, time to close, pipeline health—and own continuous improvement. You bring 2+ years of sales experience, ideally as an Account Executive or Inside Sales in SaaS or technology. You are a fluent Spanish speaker with strong written and verbal English. You excel at consultative selling, adapting your approach to each prospect's context rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all pitch. You are comfortable owning a pipeline end-to-end in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene. Experience in hospitality tech or selling to SMB operators is advantageous. The company offers competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission, stock options with progressive vesting, comprehensive health insurance, on-demand salary access, a structured career path with defined advancement criteria, flexible benefits (meals, childcare, transportation, training), professional development (books and shared library access), and an international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs.
