Garner Health is transforming the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare delivery. The company applies 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify top-performing doctors and uses incentives to steer members to higher-quality care. This has helped 2.5M+ people access better care and saved $1B in healthcare costs in five years.
As an Account Executive for the Southeast region, you will own revenue responsibilities for Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina in the 0-199 life segment. You'll report directly to the VP of Employer Sales for the Southeast and focus on relationship management within the partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers.
Key responsibilities include: carrying your own quota; activating new brokers and deepening relationships with existing partners; filling your own pipeline; running deals end-to-end; and establishing tracking systems to keep your territory predictable. This is a build-and-close role where you have full ownership of your territory and the autonomy to drive results.
You should have experience in quota-carrying channel or partner sales roles, ideally with exposure to benefits-adjacent products or healthcare (though not required). Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to articulate value propositions to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is energized by mission-driven work with measurable outcomes, comfortable using AI tools, and willing to be held to high standards.
Garner operates at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform. The company culture emphasizes real ownership, ambitious problems, and exceptional people who want you to succeed. The environment is demanding by design, with consistent coaching to help you grow and do your best work.
