DocuSign is seeking an Account Executive for its SMB segment based in Dublin. This is an individual contributor sales role focused on driving revenue expansion and relationship management within an assigned portfolio of existing Docusign clients.
You will deliver programmatic engagement with existing customers to develop and maintain relationships while uncovering additional use cases and opportunities within the Docusign agreement cloud platform. Key responsibilities include qualifying sales opportunities using Docusign's sales methodology, positioning the company's value proposition to address client business issues, and expanding the solution footprint by upselling new products and services.
You will process sales orders, facilitate customer onboarding, and serve as the internal advocate and escalation point for assigned accounts. The role requires managing a large volume of concurrent client relationships, maintaining accurate account information in Salesforce, and providing timely forecasts and reports to management. You will also coordinate customer engagement with professional services, training, product management, and marketing teams, and help enlist customers for company and partner events.
The ideal candidate brings a track record of success in SaaS technology sales with demonstrated ability to drive growth, meet and exceed sales targets, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in English and Dutch, with strong consultative sales and account management experience. Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales force automation tools is required. A bachelor's degree and willingness to travel as necessary are expected. Services or consulting delivery experience is a plus.
