As a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be a key member of the sales team driving growth in the mid-market segment. You will manage the full sales cycle for Fin's mid-market customers, from prospecting through close, using a consultative sales approach. Your responsibilities include evangelizing the Fin product, creating tailored demonstrations for client needs, providing accurate forecasts and revenue visibility, and maintaining knowledge of evolving products and processes. You will also engage in team development and mentoring, represent the customer voice to cross-functional partners including Marketing and Product, and contribute to overall enterprise business growth by pioneering best practices and driving team-level initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Account Executive experience, 3+ years selling SaaS products, and a strong track record of hitting and exceeding quota. You should have exceptional communication skills, comfort operating in fast-moving environments, ability to close net new business in competitive landscapes, and a growth mindset with intellectual curiosity. Fin operates on a hybrid model with expectations to be in the Dublin office at least three days per week.
