Salary: USD 126,000 - 179,000 / annual
Braze is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports (MEGS) vertical. This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on closing enterprise SaaS deals with fast-moving, digital-first brands in the streaming, gaming, and sports engagement space.
You will be responsible for identifying and closing new customers, demonstrating how Braze's customer engagement platform enables real-time, personalized fan experiences around live moments, content launches, and viral trends. The role requires deep understanding of the MEGS industry landscape and the ability to navigate complex buying processes at growth-stage to mid-sized companies.
Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a quota-carrying closing role. You should have proven success selling analytics, CRM, marketing automation, digital media publishing, gaming tech, or content marketing solutions. Experience with mobile technology or marketing technology platforms is strongly preferred. You thrive in high-agility, hands-on environments and excel at collaborating with marketing and sales enablement teams to shape lead generation strategy.
Key competencies include: exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce; ability to rapidly learn new cloud applications; strong networking capabilities within digital culture and mobile app ecosystems; strategic deal navigation and decision-maker identification; and a startup mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
