Salary: USD 85,000 - 112,000 / annual
Braze is seeking a Senior Account Executive for its Financial Services team to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through closing to renewals. You'll operate as a relentless hunter identifying and closing new business deals ranging from $50K to $500K annually, while also managing and farming 8–14 existing customer accounts in partnership with the Customer Success team. You'll serve as a trusted commercial and strategic advisor, helping financial services clients leverage Braze's customer engagement platform to grow their businesses.
You'll work directly with Marketing, Product, and Technical executives, helping them forge human connections between consumers and the brands they love. The role demands consultative, value-first selling grounded in discovery, business pain analysis, and outcome definition. You'll navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes in large SaaS investments, influence key decision-makers across distributed global organizations, and accelerate sales cycles.
Required: 3–5 years of new business SaaS sales experience with technically integrated products. You excel at pipeline generation and management, think strategically and creatively about outreach, and manage many moving parts simultaneously. Your customers describe your approach as consultative and human; you're a natural storyteller and attentive listener. You're analytical and data-driven, grounded in examples, testing, and iteration. You're comfortable in high-change environments, learning new technologies, processes, and people quickly.
Bonus qualifications: prior Financial Services sales or work experience; background selling to Growth/Marketing teams or experience in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, data storage, or content marketing solutions.
