GetYourGuide is seeking a driven Account Executive to join the Sales team in San Francisco. You will target, identify, and onboard new tour operators, activity providers, and attractions onto the GetYourGuide platform, serving the US and Canada markets. Your responsibilities include building and managing a high-performing sales pipeline, presenting product demos, negotiating supplier terms, and consistently hitting quota. Key responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new suppliers (tour operators, experience providers, attractions) through outbound prospecting - Deliver in-person and online product demonstrations - Educate operators on industry trends and help them adapt their business models - Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through negotiation, closing, and onboarding - Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier acquisition with business goals - Represent GetYourGuide at industry events to drive acquisition and build credibility - Travel up to 25% to build relationships with suppliers and create long-term partnerships - Provide market insights to senior management on how the US/Canada market is responding to growth initiatives Required qualifications: - 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota - Competitive, tenacious, and results-driven mindset with resilience under pressure - Strong objection handling and deal-closing skills - Problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making - Fluent English with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Knowledge of the travel industry and ability to speak credibly with tour operators and attractions - Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms - Collaborative approach to sharing best practices with peers - Willingness to work from office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday The role offers competitive benefits including 401(k) matching, comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision), 16 weeks paid parental leave, and a learning budget of €1,000 annually.
