Chamber Cardio is rebuilding cardiology around outcomes rather than volume, partnering with independent cardiologists and health systems to improve patient care through technology, data, and operational support. This is a quota-carrying Account Executive role focused on Provider Growth, responsible for expanding Chamber's network of cardiology partners across a defined territory.
You will own a territory spanning independent cardiology practices, hospital-owned cardiology groups, and health systems. Your core responsibilities include managing a strategic account list, driving pipeline velocity through CRM discipline and consistent deal momentum, and closing complex multi-stakeholder sales. You will build credibility with cardiologists, practice owners, health system administrators, and executives, communicating value-based care economics including revenue upside, quality pathways, and operational benefits.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role requiring regular in-person travel to build trust and move deals forward. You will navigate complex ownership structures, map health system organizational hierarchies to identify economic buyers and clinical champions, and manage objections with clarity and urgency.
In your first 30 days, you will complete territory mapping and develop command of Chamber's clinical and economic value story. By 90 days, you will have established trusted relationships with key stakeholders, built qualified pipeline at target coverage, and demonstrated mastery of sales cadence and CRM hygiene. Within 6–12 months, you will have closed agreements representing meaningful patient volume and helped shape repeatable sales processes for the broader team.
The role requires 7+ years of healthcare sales experience selling to physician groups and health systems, with direct experience closing deals inside hospital-owned or health-system-employed provider organizations. You must demonstrate proven quota attainment in complex, long-cycle sales, ability to evangelize new categories, strong financial acumen around ROI and value-based care economics, high emotional intelligence, and executive presence. A builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and enthusiasm for frequent travel are essential. The ideal candidate is based in the United States, preferably in the Midwest.
