Key responsibilities include building a multi-year account-based plan for the Nordics public-sector territory; driving strategic outbound and inbound outreach to government buyers and influencing consultancies; guiding customers through POC phases with attention to security, compliance, and sovereignty requirements; converting POCs into long-term framework or call-off agreements; developing and executing strategic account plans; acting as primary point of contact coordinating internal stakeholders; leading customer negotiations end-to-end including framework contracts and data-processing agreements; cultivating relationships with C-level and Director-level executives; demonstrating deep technical understanding of products; collaborating with implementation teams on deployment and post-deployment support; and contributing to playbooks, references, and case studies that accelerate adoption.

You have demonstrable public-sector track record selling to or partnering with Nordic governments, agencies, municipalities, healthcare, or higher-education institutions, with familiarity with public procurement processes. You possess strong existing network and cultural fluency across the Nordics, significant work experience within the AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure/cloud fields, and ideally experience at a successful fast-growing startup in deep-tech. You have strong technical skills to navigate evolving products and steer technical discussions confidently, hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or related field, and are fluent in English and Swedish.
