Candid is reimagining orthodontics by combining clinical expertise with telehealth technology. The company empowers general dentists with tools to make clear aligner care predictable, efficient, and profitable for their practices while keeping it accessible and affordable for patients. As an Account Executive, you will own the New Mexico and West Texas territory, driving business growth through prospecting, demos, client acquisition, and account management. You'll identify and engage prospective dentists and practices, conduct informative lunch-and-learn sessions, facilitate seamless onboarding, and nurture existing relationships to help clients maximize their clear aligner business. Key responsibilities include: • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify target dentists/practices, develop robust lead pipelines through referrals, industry events, and online research. • Demos & Presentations: Organize and conduct lunch-and-learn sessions, present clinical and financial benefits of clear aligner solutions, address objections, and provide tailored information. • Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads, manage end-to-end onboarding, assist with product features and pricing, and coordinate internal integration. • Account Management & Growth: Build long-term client relationships, regularly assess needs, identify growth opportunities, provide educational resources, and analyze performance data to help clients succeed. • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies; continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Required qualifications: B2B outside sales experience in clear aligners or related healthcare/dental sales; college degree or equivalent; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; comfort with business discussions (cash flow, ROI, P&L); ability to discuss clinical aspects of products; extensive travel throughout territory including overnight stays; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and CRM systems.
