NerdWallet Small Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and support small business owners in finding tailored financial solutions. In this role, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach through deal closure—while becoming an expert in NerdWallet's product suite and lending network.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound prospecting, qualifying small business owners on their financial needs, presenting loan options from our partner lenders, and serving as a liaison between borrowers and lenders to facilitate successful matches. You'll work in a fast-paced inside sales environment, managing a pipeline of opportunities and consistently hitting monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to multitask, resilience in conversations with diverse business owners, and a growth mindset to incorporate feedback quickly.
You'll receive comprehensive training on NerdWallet's sales process and products during your first few months. Success in this role means exceeding KPIs, building relationships with lenders in our network, and helping entrepreneurs access the capital they need to grow.
The position is based in New York with an in-office expectation, though after completing training (typically months 4-6), you may work remotely up to 20% of the month from anywhere in the continental US, provided you meet performance standards.
