Qualtrics is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, based in Munich. You will own a dedicated territory and be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise software deals with corporate clients across the region.
In this role, you will engage with prospects and clients throughout the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and contract closure. You'll consult with prospects on their strategic business goals and build relationships with multiple decision-makers, from individual contributors to C-level executives. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive account plans for target accounts, conducting power mapping and demand generation activities, and creating win-based proposals aligned with client needs.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Solutions Consultants, Sales Operations, Legal, Customer Success, and Finance to develop demand generation strategies and drive senior-level engagement. You'll maintain a deep understanding of Qualtrics' Experience Management platform, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies to effectively position solutions and close deals.
Success in this role requires a proactive, consultative selling approach with strong pipeline-building skills. You'll need to demonstrate agility in adapting your strategy based on business needs, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. The ideal candidate brings a track record of exceeding sales quotas, strong technology/software sales experience, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
