As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be a key member of the sales team driving growth in the mid-market segment. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close using a consultative approach, evangelizing Fin's AI agent product to mid-market customers. Your responsibilities include spearheading product adoption across the segment, creating tailored product demonstrations, providing accurate revenue forecasts, and maintaining visibility on sales performance.
You will engage in team development and mentoring, represent the customer voice to cross-functional partners in Marketing and Product, and contribute to broader enterprise business growth by pioneering best practices and driving team-level initiatives. The role requires deep product knowledge, competitive sales instincts, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Required qualifications include 4+ years as an Account Executive with 2+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products. You must have a strong track record of hitting and exceeding quota, exceptional communication skills, and comfort operating in a fast-moving organization. The ideal candidate exhibits intellectual curiosity, a growth mindset, and the ability to close net new business in competitive landscapes.
