As a Mid Market Account Executive based in Milan, you will drive growth of Harvey's AI solutions across Italy, focusing on mid-sized law firms and corporate/financial services clients. You will own a named account list, manage the complete customer lifecycle from prospecting through renewal, and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include: prospecting and cultivating inbound leads; conducting high-velocity, tailored client evaluations and product demonstrations; building relationships with key decision-makers to understand pain points; collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to shape solutions; developing sales playbooks and documenting learnings for scaling; and occasional travel to customer and company offices.
You will need proven success selling complex software solutions using consultative, value-based selling methodology. You must independently manage a pipeline, forecast metrics accurately, and maintain CRM hygiene. The role requires ability to lead multi-threaded sales with diverse stakeholders—from C-suite executives to end users—and translate technical AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
Required qualifications: fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written); demonstrated passion for AI and its applications in knowledge work; interest in the legal profession and improving lawyer productivity; and collaborative mindset. Experience in or adjacent to the legal industry is a plus but not required.
