Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a unified platform. The company serves 1M+ members across 40K+ companies and has reached β¬800M+ ARR. They are expanding their sales team across France and seeking Account Executives to drive mid-market growth.
In this role, you will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing, targeting companies with 30β300 employees and average ARR of β¬150K. You'll engage with HR executives and CEOs across verticals including Tech & Engineering, Business Services & Media, Retail, Transport, Healthcare, Education & Care, Food & Beverage, and Metallurgy. Sales cycles typically span 4β6 months.
You will educate prospects, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and guide key stakeholders through onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer. Alan emphasizes a "Smart & Soft" selling methodology: being instructive to prospects (Smart) while tailoring personalized, high-touch strategies (Soft) that prioritize prospect experience as part of the overall customer journey.
Beyond closing deals, you'll contribute to company growth by challenging product, methods, and strategy, and participating in initiatives to expand the customer base. You'll work collaboratively within a small, passionate team with deep sector expertise.
Required qualifications: minimum 4 years managing full sales cycles with strong prospecting experience; fluent French (C2+) and advanced English; exceptional organizational and follow-up skills; empathy and problem-solving orientation; influence through persuasion and consensus-building; understanding of recurring revenue models; collaborative mindset; and ability to learn and impact from day one. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
