Oversee is a travel technology company that uses machine learning and advanced analytics to optimize corporate travel management. The company provides air and hotel reshopping solutions for enterprises and AgentSee, an AI-powered productivity tool for Travel Management Companies (TMCs) that automates manual tasks like processing traveler emails and booking flights.
This Account Executive role focuses on building an entirely new market for Oversee within the leisure travel ecosystem. Unlike traditional territory-based sales roles, you will own the full sales cycle for leisure travel business, from prospecting through close. Your responsibilities include building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), leisure travel agencies, tour operators, vacation providers, and other high-volume travel businesses.
You will own deals end-to-end while helping define where Oversee wins, which segments to target, how to position the product, and what the leisure go-to-market motion should look like. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, defining and refining the leisure Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), positioning, messaging, and value proposition, identifying segments and use cases with strongest product-market fit, leading complex enterprise sales processes across multiple stakeholders, and partnering with Product and Engineering to bring market intelligence into product and GTM strategy.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a proven track record of owning and closing complex enterprise deals. You must have significant experience selling technology into the leisure travel industry and strong relationships across OTAs, leisure travel agencies, tour operators, and vacation providers. Deep understanding of the leisure travel ecosystem—its key players, decision-makers, business models, technology landscape, and buying processes—is essential. You should be comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities from scratch, navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, and working with technical stakeholders. Experience as an early or first AE at a startup or scale-up is a strong plus. This is a hunter role for someone who knows the leisure travel industry, has relationships within it, and is excited about building an entirely new business from the ground up.
