Amenitiz is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in the Italian market. You will own the complete sales cycle from initial discovery through contract signature, converting qualified opportunities into closed business in a high-velocity, short-cycle environment.
The role focuses on selling to independent hoteliers—family-run properties, boutique hotels, and small chains—who have historically been underserved by enterprise-focused hotel tech. Amenitiz serves over 15,000 customers across Europe with a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, validating strong product-market fit.
Key responsibilities include conducting tailored product demonstrations aligned to prospect pain points, running structured discovery to validate needs and decision-making timelines, maintaining disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene in HubSpot, and collaborating with Customer Success on smooth onboarding transitions. You will track personal metrics (conversion rate, time to close, pipeline health) and own continuous improvement.
Required qualifications: 2+ years in a sales role (AE or Inside Sales in SaaS/tech preferred), fluent Italian with strong written and verbal English, consultative sales approach, comfort with end-to-end pipeline ownership in a target-driven environment, and rigorous CRM discipline. Experience in hospitality tech or SMB sales is advantageous.
