Teamworks is seeking an Account Executive II for Performance to drive growth across EMEA. The role focuses on selling integrated performance solutions—Athlete Management System, Nutrition, and Strength & Conditioning systems—to elite sports organizations.
You will build and own a self-generated pipeline of targeted opportunities across Europe, managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving multiple products and stakeholders. Success requires deep consultative selling skills, technical fluency in how performance departments operate within elite sport, and the ability to navigate relationships across Performance, Medical, Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and progressing self-generated pipeline across the European market
- Driving deals from discovery through negotiation and close with a consultative approach
- Demonstrating integrated value of bundled solutions and identifying upsell opportunities within existing customer base
- Developing technical understanding of performance department operations to map prospect needs to solutions
- Partnering with in-territory sales reps to provide technical insight and customer examples
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience building, progressing, and closing pipeline in sports technology or elite sporting environments
- Self-driven, resourceful attitude with track record of initiative
- Team player mindset with willingness to partner across EMEA commercial team
- Based in UK with willingness to travel extensively across Europe
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Preferred qualifications include fluency in French or Spanish, experience selling multi-product SaaS solutions, and background in elite sport performance departments or sports science. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
