This Account Executive role focuses on the Global Payroll product line and is based in Dublin, Ireland. You will be a founding member of Rippling's Central and Eastern Europe sales team, spearheading expansion into this new territory. The role combines high-velocity sales cycles with strategic account management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting untapped market segments and penetrating key accounts through cold-calling and networking
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospect engagement through closing
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and platform adoption
- Driving revenue growth in a newly established region
