Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company now powered by Google, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead Federal Civilian sales initiatives. Reporting to the Regional Director of Federal Sales, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting key federal civilian accounts and system integrators (Fed SIs) such as DHS, VA, SSA, and USPS. Your primary responsibilities include building and growing Fed SI-focused sales initiatives by developing tailored GTM strategies aligned with Wiz's public sector objectives. You will drive revenue growth by establishing strong partnerships with Federal SIs, identifying joint business opportunities, and expanding Wiz's presence within federal customers. Strategic alignment is critical—you'll collaborate closely with Fed SIs to ensure Wiz solutions address their priorities and meet government requirements, creating unified value propositions for federal agencies. You will navigate complex federal procurement landscapes, leveraging deep understanding of federal contracts, acquisition strategies, and teaming opportunities to secure favorable positions. Cross-functional collaboration is essential; you'll work seamlessly with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver integrated sales approaches. Using sales performance analytics, you'll refine strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment with federal market needs. Executive relationship-building is a core focus—establishing long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at Fed SIs to position Wiz as the preferred cloud security provider for federal projects. You'll stay current on federal regulations, compliance frameworks (FedRAMP), and industry developments to guide strategy and effectively position solutions. Required qualifications include 8+ years of sales leadership in the federal market with significant focus on large Federal Civilian customers. You must demonstrate proven success developing and executing Fed SI GTM strategies resulting in substantial revenue growth, with experience managing high-performing sales teams focused on enterprise and strategic accounts. Deep expertise in Fed SI relationships, procurement vehicles, and federal contracting processes is essential, along with strong understanding of cloud security solutions and federal compliance requirements. Exceptional communication skills, relationship-building ability, and adaptability in complex, fast-paced environments are critical.
