Clara is a fast-growing fintech company transforming spend management across Latin America. The company provides corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a B2B platform serving over 20,000 businesses. You will lead sales growth in the Bahia region, specifically targeting Salvador. Your responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing, leveraging your existing network of finance and operations decision-makers in the region. You'll build and maintain a healthy pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their complex financial needs and delivering tailored Clara solutions.
You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to align regional market insights with company strategy. You'll use HubSpot for pipeline management and CRM, Google Drive for documentation, and explore automation tools like N8N and Slack to optimize sales workflows.
Key responsibilities: drive new business acquisition in Bahia, tap into local business networks, manage the full sales pipeline, build long-term client relationships, bridge local market dynamics with corporate strategy, and maintain rigorous operational documentation.
You bring minimum 5 years of high-growth sales experience (SaaS or Fintech preferred), currently based in Salvador with an active network among regional finance leaders. You're fluent in English and Portuguese, have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex negotiations independently. You thrive in fast-changing environments, operate with high ownership, and are tech-savvy with interest in AI tools and automation.
