Toka is seeking a senior Account Executive to lead expansion across European government, intelligence, and law enforcement markets. Based in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Spain, you will drive Toka's go-to-market strategy across multiple European territories, building trusted relationships with government and intelligence stakeholders. This is a complex, multi-country role requiring deep understanding of European government systems, regulatory environments, and procurement processes.
You will own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and shaping through contract closure, navigating diverse stakeholder ecosystems and complex procurement frameworks across different European jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has worked in, around, or closely alongside European government environments and understands the nuances of operating across borders while maintaining credibility in sensitive national security contexts.
Key responsibilities include: driving regional expansion strategy, building and maintaining trusted relationships with government decision-makers, identifying and closing opportunities across multiple territories, navigating complex European procurement processes, and positioning Toka's cyber and intelligence solutions in mission-critical use cases. This role requires someone who can operate as a credible operator—not just a strong salesperson—with the ability to adapt approaches across cultures while maintaining deal momentum.
