Mistral is a full-stack AI company providing frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. The company partners with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive end-to-end deal cycles with Mistral's largest customers. Your responsibilities include:
**Lead Generation & Development**: Execute strategic outbound prospecting and convert qualified inbound opportunities, identifying upselling and bespoke agreement opportunities with enterprise clients.
**Value Proposition & POC Support**: Provide hands-on guidance during Proof of Concept phases, ensuring smooth evaluation processes and converting successful POCs into long-term revenue contracts.
**Deal Management & Closing**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, serve as the primary external stakeholder contact, manage negotiations end-to-end with legal and implementation teams, and align cross-functional stakeholders (customer engineering, product, commercial) at both operational and C-level.
**Executive Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, heads of innovation/AI, and key decision-makers. Understand their specific challenges and position Mistral's solutions as integral to their strategic initiatives.
**Technical Aptitude**: Demonstrate deep understanding of Mistral's technical product capabilities and articulate value propositions effectively. Collaborate with implementation and technical teams throughout pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
**Enablement & Feedback**: Empower internal teams with customer insights to inform product roadmap and strategic priorities.
You bring 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling complex technical products. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, with significant experience in the AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure domains. You have worked at successful fast-growing startups, preferably in deep-tech. You possess strong technical skills, excellent English and French (additional languages valued), and outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
