New Relic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join the New Logo Enterprise Sales team in Toronto. This is a field sales role focused on driving new customer acquisition in the observability platform market. You will own a territory and be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new enterprise accounts. The role involves navigating complex organizations, building relationships with multiple stakeholders (C-level executives, influencers, and end users), and closing large-scale, multi-year consumption-based deals. You'll work with Solutions Consultants and Sales Development Representatives to drive results. Key responsibilities include: - Driving new logo acquisition by owning a defined territory - Identifying customer needs and configuring appropriate solutions from New Relic's portfolio - Expanding the top of funnel through prospecting and relationship development at multiple organizational levels - Using New Relic's sales process to close enterprise deals - Maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline documentation in Salesforce - Staying informed on market trends, competitor activity, and demand triggers - Demonstrating deep knowledge of observability solutions and New Relic's positioning Required qualifications: - 5+ years of enterprise sales experience - Proven field sales experience selling software to Fortune 1000 companies - Demonstrated success in consultative, enterprise solutions selling - Strong business acumen and hunter mentality - Excellent teaming and communication skills Bonus experience includes prior observability solution sales and technical background. This role does not offer visa sponsorship. New Relic supports flexible work arrangements including hybrid, fully remote, or office-based models.
