Key responsibilities include: **Lead Generation & Development**: Execute strategic outbound campaigns and convert qualified inbound opportunities, focusing on upselling and bespoke agreements with manufacturing enterprises. **Value Proposition Validation**: Provide hands-on guidance during Proof of Concept phases, ensuring smooth evaluations and converting successful POCs into long-term revenue contracts. **Deal Management & Closing**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, serve as primary external stakeholder contact, manage complex negotiations with legal and implementation teams, and align internal stakeholders across customer engineering, product, and commercial functions at both operational and C-level. **Executive Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, innovation heads, and key decision-makers, understanding their strategic challenges and positioning Mistral's solutions accordingly. **Technical Collaboration**: Demonstrate deep product knowledge, articulate technical value propositions to non-technical buyers, work alongside implementation teams through pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment phases, and collaborate with technical teams on customer concerns. **Enablement & Feedback**: Collect customer insights from sales conversations to inform product roadmap and internal team alignment. You bring 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience in manufacturing, ideally selling complex technical products. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, with significant experience in the AI ecosystem or data/infrastructure sectors. You've worked at successful fast-growing startups, preferably in deep-tech. You possess strong technical acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English and French (additional languages like German or Spanish a plus).
