Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 / annual
Figma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth with large enterprise customers (5000+ FTEs). You will own a pipeline of enterprise accounts, targeting and building relationships with executive-level decision-makers to understand complex business needs and deliver solutions across Figma's product suite.
Key responsibilities include: creating and managing an enterprise account pipeline to meet quarterly and annual sales targets; applying discovery and value-selling techniques to build relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing customers; aligning with executives on business challenges and securing sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments; conducting strategic account planning to identify expansion opportunities; managing a book of business through account tiering and contraction mitigation; collaborating with cross-functional partners to position Figma and advance deals; and leveraging in-person meetings to strengthen executive relationships.
Required qualifications: multiple years of experience closing enterprise SaaS deals (5000+ FTE customers) with executive buyers; consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business; demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles lasting 6+ months; and a proven sales methodology that creates customer value.
Desirable experience includes: selling solutions to technical audiences (Engineering, Product, Design teams) at a strategic level; ability to succeed in changing environments; and certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery.
This is a full-time role based in one of Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remote within the United States. Figma values curiosity and learning; candidates whose experience doesn't perfectly match the description are encouraged to apply.
